LONGER TRAVEL WITH NEW KINEMATICS
Rallon gets a bump in travel to 160mm with a redesigned linkage assembly. A higher starting leverage ratio improves early stroke sensitivity, while the progressive rate increases from 8% to 20% to provide more bottom-out support.

Frame geometry remains unchanged, even with greater travel, and the addition of a 170mm Fox 38 fork gives Rallon a boost of Enduralin with a new 64.5 head angle

CONNECTED LINK
Rallon's concentric boost suspension, provides unique freedom to our engineers to finely design the kinematics so that pedalling efficiency, small bump sensibility, suspension progressivity and rear system stiffness to weight ratio can be independently optimized.

A high main pivot point provides minimum pedalling energy losses at the same time the seat stays and linkage positioning ensure just the right progressivity for outstanding bumps absorption and ultimate grip and control.

MONOCOQUE-OMR
Orbea Monocoque Race (OMR) fames add high modulus and high strength fibers to a standard layup to improve stiffness-to-weight ratios.

Bladder molding with EPS forms and PU headtube and bottom bracket inserts stop wrinkling and unconformities in critical zones, allowing less carbon to be used while maintaining strength.

ADVANCED DYNAMICS
Advanced Dynamics is at the heart of every Orbea suspension bike. It is a computer-based modeling process we developed in conjunction with CEIT (Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones Tecnolgicas) that allows us to virtually test and fine-tune our suspension platforms.

Using a vast database of shock tunes and component behaviors we can study a design under a simulated rider that exerts forces on the pedals, saddle and handlebars.
