The Cervlo P-Series is a more affordable way to get that trademarked Cervlo speed and aerodynamics. This is an incredibly fast time trial and triathlon bike that comes in at a much lower price than the P5. From aerodynamics to storage, it has everything TT riders and triathletes need. The Smartpak 400 is mounted to the top tube to hold small items without any aerodynamic penalty. For the first time, the new P-Series comes with integrated in-frame storage as well. Under the bottle cage there is a hidden spot for a multitool, tube, and CO2 canister. Simply flip the lock and pull to open the hatch, even if a bottle is in place. A lower price does not mean skimping on speed. In fact, the P-Series is faster than ever. The frame is 5.9 grams faster than the previous iteration. The fork has also been widened to make room for 29mm tires. This means that with its Vision Team i23 wheels and Vittoria 29mm tires, it adds another 30 grams or 3.5 watts of speed. Riders are at their fastest when they are in the position that works best for them. The new P-Series has extended its maximum stack height to 53mm. Spacers are included to raise the basebar. This offers riders flexibility in their fit. Using a fork with a D-shaped steerer and a round interface means riders can use whatever basebar and extenders they prefer. This version is equipped with a SRAM Rival AXS groupset for reliable 12-speed electronic shifting that keeps the reasonable price tag.
